Today’s video features a product from the Office Store that can be used in conjunction with DynamicPoint’s SharePoint applications. The Virto Software application allows for the simple creation and maintenance of custom alerts.
We demonstrate how this feature can be used to notify employees anytime a corporate credit card transaction is synced to the expense management application and ready for coding. After receiving the notification employees can click into the DynamicPoint application and code the credit card expense to the appropriate expense types, department, project, etc. and include the appropriate attachments.
