Microsoft Dynamics AX

Dynamics AX 2012 is the predecessor to Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. It is still in use by many organizations given its highly flexible and scalable architecture. DynamicPoint has integrated both its invoice automation (EasyAP365) and portal application to Dynamics AX.

To connect to Dynamics AX, we require setup of web services using the Application Integration Framework (AIF). Details on deploying web services for Dynamics AX can be found here.

Customer & Vendor Portals

Create a customer, vendor or employee portal with integration to Dynamics AX using SharePoint. The DynamicPoint Portal application provides an alternative to Dynamics AX customers that previously leveraged the on-premise based Enterprise Portal and want to move to SharePoint Office 365. It is similar in the flexible nature of the Enterprise Portal in that any information that resides in Dynamics AX can be exposed for collaboration on a customer, vendor or employee portal. This includes such customer portal options as order entry, invoice payment and service management. On the vendor portal side, typical examples include purchase order collaboration, shipment confirmation, or fulfillment automation.

EasyAP365 - Invoice Automation

Accounts payable invoice automation for Dynamics AX within Office 365. After configuring the AIF to publish the required vendor, purchase order and shipment details from Dynamics AX, EasyAP365 invoice automation provides a two way integration. Upon final approval of invoices in EasyAP365, a payable transaction, invoice match or shipment/invoice transaction is integrated with Dynamics AX.
