What is Contract Management?
A common complement to DynamicPoint’s Office 365 SharePoint Portal is Contract Management. Contract management in a customer or vendor portal is quite different than a full-blown contract management system. It typically entails the automation of contract signing, renewal or review processes. As well as the sharing of these contracts with customer or vendor portal users.

Using the DynamicPoint Customer Portal application, Office 365 SharePoint, and Power Automate, the above steps can be both digitized and automated, thus alleviating the need for manual administration. SharePoint provides the logical home for contract storage and record keeping. Power Automate will provide the workflow steps to initiate and administer the contract management process. And DynamicPoint’s portal application will serve as the bridge between the customer portal site and the underlying ERP data.
