The configuration of the DynamicPoint portal API is performed from a specific site that is unique to each customer’s tenant. The URL for the API can be obtained from DynamicPoint after provisioning and is formatted as <customer name>.us.portal.dynamicpoint.com
The API configuration is organized into three sections:

Overview
The overview page is the homepage of the API configuration.
Configuration
The configuration page is where the product setup occurs.
Troubleshooting
The troubleshooting page is for validating application functionality setup in the configuration section.
