EasyAP365 Invoice Automation ERP Compatibility

DynamicPoint’s EasyAP365 application is built within Office 365 and has been integrated with numerous financial and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications. Below is a sample of some of the more popular application vendors we work with. All of these offer a live integration in which data such as vendors, general ledger accounts and other accounts payable details are queried directly from the system. This live query approach is critical such that data doesn’t need to be duplicated and maintained separately in another application. The ERP continues to serve as your system of record. We leverage each vendor’s provided application program interface (API), to achieve a supported integration leveraging best practices as defined by the software vendor. At the end of the process, we create the invoice or PO match transaction using a live  integration. With the creation of this AP transaction, we pass all the critical financial details, as well as the underlying invoice or a link back to EasyAP365.
